How Can I make a booking with Flight Connect?

It’s Very simple, You can make a booking via online or you can email us or contact us so we can assist to create your itinerary as per your need.

How Can I make the payment once I created the booking?

You can make payment via online transfer, direct deposit or by Credit card. Surcharge may be apply for Credit card payment. So please consult with our friendly Consultant for more information.

Do I need to confirm my Flight?

We recommend you to reconfirm your flight 72 hours prior to your flight, as some time airlines reschedule the itinerary and cancel the itinerary. You can also check your flight status in airlines website.

Can I cancel the ticket and get Refund?

Most of the cheapest ticket are nonrefundable .You can cancel your booked ticket and change the date. But you require to pay airline penalty and flight connect service fees.Chage fees are varies airline to airline. So please refer to check with your travel consultant.

What is my baggage allowances and carryon baggage ?

Different airlines have different baggage policies. So please consult with your agent before buy the ticket. Carry on baggage is 7kg for every airline.

How can I order the special service for my flight?

Some special services may require 1 weeks’ notice before departure date. So please advise us your special request you may need on your flight. Flight connect will not guarantee that you may receive your requested service because all additional services are subject to approve by respected airlines.

What Document do I require for my travel?

Your valid passport and visa (Passport Expiry date is not less than 6 months before departure) are required to carry with you alltimes.You may also require transit visas if you have transit in between your destinations.
